Introduction

Hi my name is Leona and I have worked at this library for 25 years. I order the nonfiction books for our library. I have many hobbies and interests that make that job interesting and fun. Let me tell you more about them:
I have always had an interest in nature and have presented a long list of nature programs for Girl Scouts at Bayberry Environmental Education Center. I joined the Eaton Bird Club and I bird all year long . I also enjoy walks with the Canandaigua Botanical Society. I enjoy cooking and eating healthy food including the local produce from our Farmers' Market and Peacework Farm. I have an interest in travel and especially enjoy visiting my son in San Francisco and my daughter in Alaska. Another interest is tea: I collect teapots and books on tea but mostly I enjoy learning about tea, its' history and culture. I'm also interested in Women's Rights and of course reading.
